You can purchase your order directly online with a credit card. We currently accept VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Newstripe does not accept purchase orders or personal checks online.
We allow a one hour cancellation period for each order, but once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel it. Please also be aware that once an order has been placed, we will not be able to make any changes to the payment type, shipping address or shipping method for the order. The best way to proceed if these changes are desired would be to cancel the order within the given time period and then place a new order.
You can check the status of any order by clicking the “My Accout” tab at the top of our webpage. From here you can view order numbers, the date an order was placed, order status, and the total amount of each purchase.
Before we can ship your order, it must be packaged. Newstripe strives to process your order expediently and will package and ship your products as quickly as possible.
You will receive an email from Newstripe confirming that your order is on the way. You can also check the status of your order from the Newstripe > My Account and Orders page.
Simply click on the Newstripe > My Account and Orders Page to trace your shipment. This tool will display the tracking information for your order.
Once your order has left our facility, it is in the control of the shipping company. Therefore, the shipping times we provide are estimates based on the times provided by various delivery services. Delivery times can be affected by factors such as incorrect delivery addresses, customs delays, and service delivery restrictions.
Shipping costs are added during check out. Please add your selected items to your shopping cart, choose your shipping option, and the rate will be displayed.
