What forms of payment does Newstripe accept?

You can purchase Newstripe products online using a major credit card (VISA, MasterCard or American Express). Newstripe does not accept checks for online orders. 

In addition, qualified schools & government organizations can pay for online purchases using a Purchase Order with prior approval. Click here to request Online Pay by PO approval.

We allow a one-hour cancellation period for online orders, but once an order has been accepted and processed by us, we are unable to cancel it and unable to make any changes to the payment type, shipping address, or shipping method for the order. The best way to proceed if order changes are desired is to cancel the online order within the given time period and then place a new order with the correct information. You can also reach out to a Newstripe representative directly at 303-364-7786 if you have any questions or concerns.

You can check the status of your online order by clicking the “My Account” tab in the global navigation of our website (newstripe.com). From here, you can view your order number, the date your order was placed, your order status, and your total order amount.

Newstripe strives to process online orders expediently and will package and ship your products as quickly as possible. Please note that processing & shipping times may vary based on demand, product, availability, and seasonal volumes. To view our current product lead times, Click Here.

You will receive an email from Newstripe confirming that your online order is shipped and on its way. This email will include the name of the shipping company and tracking information. You can also check the status of your online order by clicking the “My Account” tab in the global navigation of our website (newstripe.com).

You can simply click the link in your shipment notice email or by clicking the “My Account” tab in the global navigation of our website (newstripe.com) to trace your shipment. Either way will display the tracking information for your online order.

Once your order has left Newstripe, it is under the control of the shipping company selected for the order.  Therefore, the shipping times we provide are estimates based on the times provided by various delivery services. Please be aware that delivery times can be affected by factors such as incorrect delivery addresses, service delivery restrictions, inclement weather, seasonal volumes, and many other factors that are outside of Newstripe’s control. 

Every order that is $500 and more will receive free standard shipping. An order less than $500 will receive a flat $25 shipping cost. Additional shipping costs will be added for expedited shipping and shipping outside the contiguous 48 states. To verify your shipping cost, please add your selected items to your shopping cart, choose your shipping option, and your shipping costs will be displayed.

No. All orders require a physical address to which your order can be delivered.

Yes, but unfortunately our online ordering system does not accept APO or FPO addresses. Please reach out to a Newstripe Team Member at 303-364-7786, and we will determine the best way to get your order shipped to a domestic US military location.
