The Safe2Vent® Replacement cartridge-Replacement Carbon Filter with coalescing element (Single Pack) Cellulose shell and carbon media is biodegradable and decomposes naturally. No more cleaning or draining of the coalescing element because it is contained within the disposable filter.

To be eligible for the upgrade, you must be transitioning from an older filter model to the new Safe2Vent® filter (CLICK HERE for more details). To receive your free upgrade, simply complete the following two steps:

1) Purchase an individual or a two pack of the Safe2Vent® replacement filter cartridge or any AeroVent® 1X or AeroVent® 3X maintenance kit.
2) Enter the phrase “Safe2Vent upgrade” along with the serial number of your AeroVent machine into the “Order notes” of the checkout page.

For single can models, we send you a Safe2Vent® Filter Assembly in place of a filter cartridge. For AeroVent 3 (three can models), we will send you a full Safe2Vent® Dual Filter Assembly** in place of two filter cartridges (**requires an order consisting of at least two filter cartridges). Limit one filter assembly upgrade per serial number.

The Safe2Vent® Aerosol Recycling Replacement Cartridge features:

Universal Design: The Safe2Vent® drum vent filter is compatible with all manual, single can aerosol can disposal systems. The reusable base is made to fit the 3/4 inch opening on any steel drum.

Exclusive Viz-a-Ball™ Indicator Check Valve: This revolutionary design serves two essential functions. First, it keeps the operator safe by indicating when the system is completely depressurized and can be opened. Second, the ball check valve complies with OSHA, EPA and California regulations requiring the drum to be closed and prevent vapors from escaping into the atmosphere after processing. The Safe2Vent® is the only drum vent filter that includes this important safety feature.

Environmentally Friendly: Safe2Vent® cellulose construction is 96% biodegradable, man be safely be sent directly to the landfill and decomposes naturally. Other drum vent filters that are plastic encased can take years to breakdown. Safe2Vent® contains more carbon media than any other filter available and will last longer. Plus, each replaceable filter includes the coalescing element for convenient and safe handling.

Compliant in all 50 states: Unlike many drum filters, the Safe2Vent® aerosol recycling replacement cartridge is compliant in all 50 states and conforms to OSHA, EPA and California SB1158 regulations.
